Everytime I use it screens pop up that I don't even touch, its hard to get directly to any site, I have to play with it and hope I will accomplish my task (research, save doc., print, copy and paste, etc.) that I set out to do. Very disappointed. The touchpad is wild.

So, I have bought several HP laptops in the past and they run very well. So, I bought her this one. It wasn't too expensive and suit her needs.
