Laptop Review
I never received the correct laptop from the start of the order. The description in the ad wasn't the computer that i received and HP wouldn't do anything to correct the situation. Now I am stuck with this laptop that is missing features that I wanted.

Unhappy!
The display was hard to use - not clear, text was hard to read. I also did not like the displaysize.
I ended up buying another laptop and got rid of this one. I only bought it 3mos ago. I have had an HP laptop for many years and was normally very satisfied with their product. This is the first one that I was unhappy about.
I'm resetting the laptop to factory setting and hoping I can sell and get some of money back.

I find this Laptop to be very hard to use. Everytime I use it screens pop up that I don't even touch, its hard to get directly to any site, I have to play with it and hope I will accomplish my task (research, save doc., print, copy and paste, etc.) that I set out to do. Very disappointed. The touchpad is wild.

I don’t like it at all. Moving keys around. Eliminating side buttons. I hate the all black recycled electronics with a ton of carbon black. And most of all I hate that the keyboard is not lit up!

Keep buying HP, they are a great bargain!
My daughter needed a new laptop as her old wasn't capable to run the new software for her job. So, I have bought several HP laptops in the past and they run very well. So, I bought her this one. It wasn't too expensive and suit her needs.
