Frustrated to the MAX !!!
This desktop I purchased in August 25 has spent more time in the repair shop than on my desk. An example ... When I listen to Audible it will randomly stop between chapters. Also changing chapters is a crapshoot. Usually I need to walk to the desktop and manually start the story again. My previous HP equipment has been fine. The laptop is still in the box because I fear the desktop will pass on all of its problems. Frustrated to the max !!!

Horrible after the sales service
The mouse itself is fine not an issue that the rating is based on the service after ordering the mouse and a computer.
I ordered both. I received the mouse no computer. I tried contacting HP. What a nightmare. It’s one of those automated systems that you can hardly get through especially if you don’t have the right answers to their questions. I finally had to go through PayPal and deny the payment in order to get my computer shipped. Thanks to no help to the HP call line. It is horrible more than horrible.

Ha, when I started up new computer, mouse needed me to download a site but I couldn't download the site without a mouse . Qunumdrum!!! Instead, I pulled out a mouse from Dell and got to work on the computer. Not sure I will ever use the darn thing.

The mouse looks good. I believe it's a good mouse. However, when I ordered my 2 laptops you shipped and send these 2 mice to me without me requesting them. I requested a return for both. One was returned I'm still waiting for your confirmation to return the other one!

Quiet and smooth
This is a very quiet mouse, which is perfect because I dislike the loud clicking of regular mice. I have a smaller hand, so I was worried the mouse would be too big, but it is not and fits my hand without straining.

Does the HP 430 need a mouse pad or will the optical sensor work on just about any flat surface?
