For example, the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301fdw printer has the suffix fdw. The "f" means that it has a landline fax that allows you to send and receive faxes. The "d" after the model name indicates that the printer has a duplexer. The duplexer allows you to print double-sided documents automatically. The "w" means that the printer has wireless and network (or ethernet) capabilities. If you need to be able to use MICR toner for the checks, this one will not have access to it and the multi-media tray is a single sheet feed. If you do not need MICR, the 4301fdw https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/hp-color-laserjet-pro-mfp-4301fdw-printer does have a multimedia tray that would be able to print multiple checks. If you need MICR, the HP MICR units are in collaboration with TroyGroup and you would need to go through them.

    Is there a report that can be run to display number of print jobs sent to printer? Also, is there a way to keep the printer "on" at all times so that it does not go to "sleep"?

    Thank you for your question! The Power Saver Mode for this HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301fdw Wireless Printer cannot be turned off, it can be adjusted to stay "awake" longer.

    When copying, I only see the option for 1-to-1 or 1-to-2 sided copying. Is there not an option for 2-to-2 sided copying?
