Perfect Printer for Home and Small Business
I have always used HP Printers and have found that they are always reliable. The HP LaserJet Pro 4001n is no different. Fast set up had me up and running within about 10 minutes. I chose to connect it via ethernet so everyone on the network could share it.
Print quality is excellent, with crisp looking black and white printing. I print shipping labels on a regular basis, and I was able to print 40 in about a minute. The added HP Wolf Pro Security is ideal for security and keeping sensitive documents secure. I also like the HP Smart App, which lets me know when my toner is running low. It also has the ability to print from your phone or tablet as well, which is a plus for me.
If you are looking for a fast, convenient, and secure printer, I would highly recommend the HP LaserJet Pro 4001n for any home or small business. It definitely gets the job done.

Better than expected..
I am a die-hard HP fan and I always will be. I have never had a printer of this caliber ever. I never even looked further down the line past the basic printers. I am glad I got this one I did. When I do print business things, I like the way that this works. It's not noisy but you know it's working. It prints really fast and I like how the paper comes out on the top. I have worked with bigger printers before where you add the paper at the bottom and it works just like this one, but I have not personally had one for myself. I am really excited about this printer. It is the perfect size for a small business. I don't print very often and this is perfect for me, and my small business, and with me being a college student as well this comes in handy when I do have to print. This is a great bye for personal use as well as a small business. It all depends on how much you are printing and your needs for print. A definite must have printer!

Improved Work from home life!
This printer is very high quality. Easy to use and set up. The printing is clear and quick. I enjoy that it is not crazy loud because as a WFH mom sometimes my son is asleep while I am working and I am usually scared to use the printer in fear of waking him up. I love that I am also able to get great colors prints done as well. From box to desk and that is a win in my mind!

Love this printer!!!
Very impress little printer it's light weight only like 19 pounds which I can handle it myself, I love this laserjet printer knowing it will help me save alot of money on ink and toners. Plus this printer runs very very fast, love it and my daughter love it too for her coloring book collection on drawing books.
The printer is in high speed level and not wifi connect.

Great quality and fast printer
I had tried some other printers of different brands, I can actually notice the changes in how fast and quality of the prints, it's excellent quality! Easy to use and start working right away.. ideal for people who work from home, it makes my life easier to have it! Apparently the ink is long-lasting and that's a plus that I love.. if you're looking to buy a printer I really recommend this Laser jet pro 4001n.

Good working printer
THE PRINTER WAS EASY TO SET UP. remove the packaging materials and turn it on. (I tend to not print out the alignment sheet because it burns through the color ink). The printer has a cycling glowing purple light and it sleeps in a low blue light with a green light on the side. I just turn the printer off when not in use. It has a button for color copies and a button for black and white copies. A cancel button, and an info button--no display, it's very basic. Print quality is much better than expected. print speed also better than expected. I will say the spooling time is significantly shorter than I'm used too (big win). It's a bit on the loud side if you have a home office like me, but not so much so that it wrecks my day. on that note the quiet mode in the settings did help with that.

Pluses and Minuses
It is fast, easy to operate and produces excellent text. Occasionally, it doesn’t respond when wirelessly directed to print. And I wish I could see on my iPad or iPhone some indication that it was responding to a print job as I am often in another room. I also wish it could load more paper as I frequently have to reload it. But its pluses far outweigh its minuses. I’m generally very happy with it.

Great at home printer
Perfect home printer for a busy family of 5. Needed to print out for school, work letters, directions, tickets and coloring pages. Prints are quick and very clear for an at home printer. Very easy to use once you buy and plug in the ethernet cable for bluetooth. Have printed from a phone, laptop and ipad.

The HP LaserJet Pro 4001n is a black and white laser printer designed for small work teams or home business users. The HP printer is really good at printing speeds, and easy setup. The HP 4001n is capable of high-volume printing, up to 4,000 pages monthly. Comes with HP’s original toner cartridge that able to print up to 2900 pages. Some things to note before purchasing are:
No Wi-Fi built-in. The printer connects to USB and Ethernet only.
Laser toner cartridges may be more expensive; however, they last much longer depending on print output.
This printer is perfect for a small team that requires black and white printing at high volumes. Perfect budget conscious printer that can produce high quality black and white prints.

High quality print and quick!
Overall, great quality printing at a super fast rate. I would recommend this product as the print quality and speed is great, without it being huge. However, when trying to setup the printer wirelessly, I selected the wrong button and could not for the life of me figure out how to switch back. Truth be told, I didn't take the time to try to google it, instead, I found an old cable that I could connect directly to my computer (one isn't included, which was kind of a bummer). After plugging directly into the computer, it works great and is simple to use. I am only 1 person working in my home office. If more people needed to use this printer, it would take more time to figure out how to get it to work wirelessly (but maybe more heads could figure it out better than just me!)
As mentioned, I would buy this product and would recommend to family and friends, but it would be nice if there was a bit more information provided in the box itself.

The HP printer was an excellent pick if you print a lot. white and black print work. It required little effort to assemble and configure for wifi printing. The size is reasonable. My home's decor complements the color of the printer really nicely. Everything about it is fine except that. One drawback is that it isn't scanned. I adore the ease with which many options, such as notebook paper and graphic paper, may be printed. Selecting the many items you could add and print from the app was simple, as was using it. The print has a very high caliber, expert finish.

Great printer, no wifi printing
The printer itself was very easy to start up. It is easy to navigate through the settings and the guides were easy to follow. For simple office use, this printer is perfect. However, If you are looking for a printer that you can do wireless printing with, this is not the printer for you. I didn't think this would be a deal breaker, but I definitely prefer wireless printing with my busy lifestyle.

I Received my HP Laser Jet Pro printer delivery . I love HP products and have used them for years, upon unboxing my printer I had the perfect place to setup the printer in my she shed home office . The setup is easy from start to finish simple to follow instructions. I used the printer for the first time after setup and loved it. The print quality is superb, and it prints with ease. I highly recommend this HP Laser Jet Pro printer for anyone who needs one for their home office.

This printer is very easy to set up and use. I literally just plugged it in and started to print. I was a bit confused on where the ink was but ink was included. I also thought this printer was color (sad once I found out it’s black and white). Other than that it’s a great easy to use everyday printer.
It prints very quickly and it awakes from sleep mode also fast. The print quality is amazing! This is a perfect printer for a small business space as it prints 12 pages in about a minute. It isn't a wireless printer fully. You would need to use the Ethernet cable for wifi capabilities. But I truly recommend for any small business or educator who need copies in bulk.

Good home office printer
This is a great printer for the home office. It prints much faster than I expected. It has a large paper tray which will hold an entire ream of paper. I like the fact that the bypass tray is in the front of the printer. It makes it much easier to access than a rear access bypass. It is not a wireless printer however, so if that is important to you, you might want to look at the next level up. It wasn't important to me. Just plug it in and go. Very easy to set up.

This HP 4001N printer is seriously legit! It was super easy to set up and even easier to use! It prints quickly and seems to be pretty efficient so far as far as toner goes. The quality of the prints exceeds my expectations. Everything shows up very clearly and easy to read. The SmartApp is really cool as it allows you to print things from your phone, which I find incredibly useful. I really love this printer! Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect for my Home Office
The HP LaserJet Pro 4001n is a great home office printer. HP is my go to for all things electronic and has been for years. I trust the company, and love their products. Having the option of a laser printer makes me able to do even more with my home business. Setup was easy, and it was ready to use quickly. The print quality was amazing and a lot cleaner to read than I was used. The print speed of the LaserJet Pro was outstanding. I'm so used to hitting print, and sitting around for a minute waiting for the page to come out. This one, I tapped the print button, and boom, the page was ready. I don't think I've ever used a laser printer that was this fast. Very impressed!! One drawback that I didn't see prior to ordering was that it's not wifi enabled, and only USB or ethernet. I have my printer area on a whole other side of the room and don't have a way to hook them up via cable, usually. I had to purchase an extra long USB to be able to use this, and am not able to have it hooked up all of the time. It doesn't matter, since this is used for special projects, etc. and can be plugged in quickly and simply. Excellent Printer, Lacks Wifi Connectivity
Nice looking compact printer with LAN and USB inputs. I printed few pages and they were all excellent with good clarity and sharpness. Also I have never owned any LaserJet printer and was pleasantly surprised to see the speed at it which it prints which is much faster than Inkjet printers. Setting up this printer was quick with on screen options that you can choose from. It has 2 trays in the front and the bottom tray has a nice design; you can pull it out from the front to load paper and from the back of the printer it can extend out in case if you have large size (longer) pages which is something I have never seen in any printer. Love this design on a compact printer.
What could be improved with the printer is that it doesnt have Wifi capability and with the new routers nowadays there arent many LAN ports available, hence enabling Wifi as a standard for all printers will be nice. The other thing is that in the absence of LAN connection at home, USB is the only way out and this printer has a special USB port but USB cable is not provided with the printer. It would be nice to go with standard USB-C port so that we can use one of the existing mobile phone USB cables.
I have tried other brands of printers in the past and HP is the most reliable in printers and lasts for many years.

Hp Laserjet pro4001n
This print is great so far. I love that it prints so fast, like literally in 2 seconds. The ink is very clear and also that it should last me awhile before replacing but we shall see how long. The only down fall is that it’s only black and white no double sided print. Not a wireless printer but I can still print from my phone from the app, so somewhat wireless.

This HP laser jet pro 4001n is a great printer! Has so many different options, setup was easy with no problems. Delivery was fast and efficient. This printer is definitely a high performance printer that I would recommend to anyone in the Market for one! I love the lcd screen it has. Definitely a high speed printer that every office or home should have. The only complaint I have is you have to use cartridges that have a hp chip in them it will not work if not. Other then that it seems to be a awesome printer so far! Keep on printing!!!!

Very nice HP printer.
We were in the market for a new printer when we found this one. Being HP brand, we knew this was one we could really count on for getting the job done quick and easy. The set up was easy and it connected to our WIFI really fast. The print quality is second to none. Even when printing graphs with very small text, it comes out crystal clear. This 4001Nn printer can print up to 42 pages per minute, so you have an idea just how fast this machine is. I really like the 250 page paper tray. We can print so much more now in between paper refills. This is the first printer I have had that has a mobile app. The app was easy to set up and is very handy. Having the HP Instant Ink program available ensures that we never run out of ink. The cartridges are automatically shipped as scheduled. Over all, this is a great printer.

Noisy printer
This printer makes noise when printing. I purchased two of them. The first one I immediately returned to HP thinking it was defective because of the noise. The second one (which I have now) makes the same noise. I've owned two HP Laser jet Pro printers (Model # 401dne) for the the last few years and they both were whisper quiet. I thought the 4001dn printer would be essentially a simple upgrade to the 401dn but it's not. The 4001 specs looked great and that's why I bought it! I'm very disappointed with this printer and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a relative inexpensive laser printer.
