It is glitchy. Sometimes only prints in black and when, at times the duplexer doesn’t work, but when it’s working the print quality is fabulous.

I've had a lot of small office printers and this one is by far the best ever. Simple set up, reliable wifi, intuitive controls. Printing is beautiful and very very fast. Cannot recommend this enough. Also, super happy with the refurb. Perfect condition.

Trying to scan to a USB drive. The directions state to enter the PIN on the toner door. There is the part number and serial number but no PIN number. One of the main selling points of this was the ability to scan to a USB drive. . .

I have loaded 4x6 glossy photo paper into Tray 1. However when I print there is no option in the printer software for that media type, just plain paper. Am I missing something?

Tray 1 does support 4x6 inch paper, but you might need to select a custom size in your print settings to match it.
If you're looking for a glossy finish, try using HP Professional Business Paper—those are made for laser printers.
