I bought it as it scans both sides in one pass, but I miss the features the Fujitsu brings, meaning the auto-page orientation, auto page-length recognition and mostly, blank-page detection. I can't comment on the faxing as I am not setting that up, but based upon the copy capabilities, I would guess that faxing is also well done. So, just disappointed in the scanning.

I have learnt in my case that I don't need to print in color, that is better economically print with a laser and that don't want to deal with controlled ink supply.

    Does this printer require the HP+ account to use it. Our business will not support those type of printers that need a constent internet connection to use as our firewall will block that activity. Can this be used like the old M426 printer?

As most vellum paper isn't thicker than 53lb. this printer should be fine. Make sure to be Laser Printer compatible Vellum Paper and that the paper meets this printer's paperweight requirements.     Thank you for your question! The HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4101fdw Wireless Printer will not be compatible with printing legal and letter-sized documents together. Typically, this requires two paper trays. For printers with two paper trays, the instructions are as follows: Insert the legal-size paper into the top tray, close the tray, and be sure to click on Modify and select the proper paper size for that tray. Insert the Letter size into the bottom tray, also be sure to change the paper size to meet the actual size in the tray by following the settings on the printer screen.     can this printer be setup to scan and e-mail out?

    Hello. Thanks for your question. You can use the HP Smart app to scan to email. You would use the scan option on the HP Smart app to share via email. To make it easier the next time, we recommend using Shortcuts. It allows you to make a Shortcut, i.e. a scanned item to be emailed to this email address.     we are having trouble with the new printer drawing paper from the larger paper drawer. How do we set the machine up to be able to draw paper from both drawers

    do you need a phone line to use the fax
