After spending 2 hours with HP tech support they couldn't get it to print either. Most of the time it works beautifully, but sometimes it just gives you an error message and won't print. But the problem only with PDF.

I tested many times with this feature and it works without a hitch. The output is very sharp and clean, shading is great. I had some confused at the wifi setup because the menu is very limited option, required to download setup software. That's the only thing I don't like.
