My new HP computer
I needed help with my new computer, I am 80 years old and don't know all about the new equipment and new computers. The customer service guy was very helpful and made my experience so much better by having help with getting my computer and printer set up properly.

does this laptop buffer when streaming? I have performed a speed check and it's over 100 and delete all history an d it still buffers a lot...so I think i need a new lap top...one that doesn't buffer all the time.
