I am very disappointed with this printer!! As you can hear in the video I included it takes 1 1/2 minutes to power on and is SO noisy...it sounds like tennis shoes in a dryer. My old printer, HP 6978, never sounded like this until it was about to die (one of the reasons I had to buy a new printer). Another thing is that it does not give me an option to modify paper size when I open the tray and change paper, from 8 1/2 x 11 to 4 x 6, for example. Instead it just gives me a failure message when I try to print. My HP 6978 immediately showed a modify screen. This printer also constantly goes offline when I initially power it on. You will see my photos and videos which I have attached. I have to go to Settings, Bluetooth & Devices, Printers & Scanners, select my printer, and select 'Run the Troubleshooter' which then causes the printer to print. I have gone thru the 'Power Drain' process once after I initially received the printer which corrected this issue for a while but I am experiencing it again. I also had issues trying to print multiple 4 x 6 photos. The printer would print one but then I would get a message saying it was out of paper. It appears that the paper would move back slightly and the printer did not recognize there was actually paper in the printer. I would push the paper forward a little, close the tray but then had trouble getting rid of the out of paper message. Of course, my HP 6978 printer did not have this issue. I would think that newer printers would get better not worse. However, the printer is fast and produces nice prints and copies but so did my HP 6978 which cost less than half of what I paid for the HP 9125 and that was 6 years ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The printer is great - except, it is very hard for me to read the text in the 'window'. It is much dimmer than for my previous 9015e. I yse a flashkight to read the text.

Disappointed
All of sudden critical errors started occurring. Ended up having to disconnect ethernet cable and moving printer to it’s own outlet. Never had to do that before. Not happy. It disorganized my office.

Very hard to set up, but I got it by myself after 7+ hours. I've done a few before from HP and they were easy so I don't think it was me. Might be a software thing. Sometimes it won't print sheets correctly online. Part of sheets, not both sides, not all of the sheets. Was trying to print 4 sheets back to back. So I asked for 1 & 2 and it printed correctly. Then 3 & 4 and it printed correctly. I went back to it hours later and it printed the 4 sheets on both sides correctly. Wierd. Other that that I'm happy. I'm going to keep testing it.
