Rated 5 out of 5 by ETTHATSME007 from Great Headset at a Great Buy They actually work better than the Voyager Focus UC headset that I have had for years. I simply wore out my Voyager Focus UC headset and it was time for a new headset. I that see with the Poly Voyager Focus 2 that they have made several design improvements making the headset more durable. I have dual 34" curved monitors running through an HP USB Hub (port replicator). I have noticed that after I shut down, I have to remove the BT700 USB adapter (which is plugged in directly to my workstation laptop) otherwise my system will not recognize the monitors upon boot up. I had the BT700 plugged in the the HP USB Hub and had the error. So I moved it to the laptop directly and I still have the same error. I don't think it is that big of a deal, but good information to know. I shutdown, unplug the BT700 at night. When I boot up in the morning, after boot up, I plug the BT700 back in and everything works as it should.
