I don't know if the problem was with the hardware or the software; I had to get help with it. Otherwise, the laptop is working well and I'm happy with it now.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by Chuck Graham from I love this HP Omnibook X14 I love my HP Omnibook!!!! I have had many laptops over the last 30 years and this is best one yet. The display is super sharp with 400 nits and it is outstanding for reviewing photos and watching Netflix. The keyboard is great to type on with positive key feedback. The trackpad is very responsive and very accurate. The Omnibook is super fast and I had no problems using it. The laptop is super light and you don't notice it in your backpack. This is by far the longest battery laptop I have ever had, I can go for almost a week without charging it and the charge time is less than an hour until it is fully charged. The speakers are great, very loud and crisp. I believe HP did an outstanding job on design and the bulid quality is superior to other latops. I would highly recommend this Omnibook to all my family and friends.
