HP customer service sucks!
Horrible experience. Purchased my laptop May 19 because it was eligible for the PC Trade-In program. I was never sent the promotional code. Called customer service TWICE, and was assured both times that the code would be emailed to me. Still waiting. This has been a complete run around. HP has absolutely the worse customer service. Pitiful.

Long battery life
I bought this laptop after reading that the Snapdragon CPU performed as well as Intel while using substantially less power. My experience so far is that this is true. It runs a long time on its battery. I ran it for about 3 hours within minimal depletion. The only down side may be the availability of applications that run natively on the Snapdragon. Fortunately, the software I use all had Snapdragon implementations.

Fast and lightweight
This laptop is an upgrade from my 6-year-old Samsung. It is very lightweight and wakes up quickly from power-off. I would rather not tie myself to McAfee so I will find another option. Happy so far.

How can I connect to my TV?

Has it fingerprint sensor,face unlock and extra m.2 slot?Or is the current ssd replaceable with 2tb one at home by myself?
