Refurbished Print products are covered by a same as new HP limited warranty and offer optional HP Care Pack Services. Most often, refurbished products are indistinguishable from their comparable new counterparts, though some may have cosmetic blemishes or scratches.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous from NOT a good replacement for the so called outdated but MUCH BETTER HP 8620 Pro Inkjet Setup was NOT for the uninitiated. To make use all capabilities other downloads and installations were needed (e.g. scan from PC). The touch pad is horrendous, does not respond well and requires multiple attempts or total retries (e.g. canceling activity and trying again). A very poor update from previous printer (HP 8620 Inkjet Pro) HP's quality control has gone south in favor of the bean counters and will result in a drastic sales loss, especially after it is compared to other manufactures!

Rated 1 out of 5 by HP 2B out of business from Never Again I am truly surpised they're still in busines HP has degraded it products to a rediculous l level of SCAM! 1) You will need permission to return your purchase, which could take weeks! 2) Scam on top of scam.. You can only use HP cartidges for their printers! 3) Absolutely no product support. You can't call them!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Ireneart from Not my best purchase The Hp person I talked to said this printer would fit my needs. My initial cartridges ran out in 3 weeks. I had a page wide pro before and it would print on anything and I really liked the ways the trays were set up with the bypass tray for all photo papers and card stock, etc. This printer does not print the reds as well and I find the paper tray to be very awkward as I use a lot of different paper types and if you don’t have the right one selected, you get distorted prints. The reds are not the best. I wouldn’t buy it again, but since I have it, I’ll use it and either learn to like it or buy a different printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Great Installation from iPhone I was expecting a hassle and assumed I’d be calling my HP Smart Friend tech to help. Nope! I literally plugged it in and whalla all prompts from my phone went perfectly fine. However downloading the printer app on my laptop took some doing. Everything seemed fine until the last step installing the Smart Friend App., which I already had but there wasn’t a directive. You were forced to install or Go Back. So I went ahead and clicked install. I guess it upgraded my existing app or over-rode whatever. I got it to print is all I cared about.

will this printer print a 2 sided copy when loaded in the top feed tray

    Asked by: D& L heating
Hello. Thanks for your question. The HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e printer's auto document feeder (ADF) on top does not support automatic two-sided copying or scanning. It does do double sided printing from the paper tray on the paper tray. If you want to be able to do double sided copying scanning through the ADF on top, we recommend looking at the HP Officejet Pro 9125e and 9135e printers.

The OfficeJet Pro 8139e does have dual band and will support connecting to a 5 GHz connection. The range of 5 GHz is a little smaller than 2.4GHz, depending on your setup and home network, you may need to have the printer closer to the router. Thank you for your question.

Will this connect with a laptop that is on 6mhz. I just bought an HP Office Jet Pro 9120e. I spent hours with IHPIndia as I could not connect it to ThinkPad though both on the same WIFI network. But 9120e is 5Mhz-laptop 6Mz. What HP printer for 6mhz?
