I love the tray on top so I can scan or copy multiple pages with ease, even if they are two sided. The only thing that isn't as sophisticated as other, more expensive printers I've used is the display screen. The font and graphics are efficient but not fancy.

If I copy from my iPad or computer it works fine but not from the flatbed. I can’t check it on the document feeder because it doesn’t work. THIS IS THE WAY IT WAS RECEIVED AND IT IS NOT EVEN A MONTH OLD. So far tech has not been able to help. I am under warranty and also purchased a three year warranty. If you check my account you will see I use nothing but HP products, laptop, printers, inks, all types of paper THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN DISPLEASED WITH HP AND I HAVE BEE WITH YOU A VERY LONG TIME. I am 90 years old and still functioning so get it fixed or send a new one. Very loyal patron.

I have yet to print anything on this print from my desk in the next room. I'm assuming I must bring my laptop next to the unit so it can print, or scan. I haven't tried this yet, so I have not printed a thing although I may return it and just go to Best Buy so I can purchase something in person.

Would have bought a different brand if I had thought this newer model was not compatible. Should list which computers that are not compatible with in description in the advertising. Maybe it is the HP software that does not support Lenovo. Anyway disappointed with this issue.

I do think the paper tray and paper guide is very flimsy. I wish they would’ve put a little more money into that. I am not sure how long until it will break, but the cost of the printer was so reasonable I guess I’ll just wait and see.

Munoz from Exactly what I needed in my home I was in need of a new printer and I already had a HP8600 all in one since it came out over a decade ago, but it was starting to get old and it was time for an upgrade and I couldn’t be more pleased. It was so easy to set up, literally took me about 5 minutes and everything was up and running. Highly recommend this printer for anyone who needs a new printer. Easy to setup, easy to use, small and compact.

The frustrating thing is the HP telephone bots who would be good on a sitcom for the audience to laugh at what a caller has to go thru to get help. It can take 2-3 calls on average dialing up various phone numbers until I can get a bot to actually work. Today I finally called corporate office where sadly I was on hold for 16 minutes before a gal answered and sent me to tech, but at least I finally got thru to get help. SO DISRUPTIVE to a busy day trying to get things done when it takes a quarter hour of frustrated repeated attempts to get help. I would not use HP at all because of this chronic problem,except that the products are the best there is, I feel after using so many brands over my 50 years in business, for the money. If a great product at a truly low price is what you want then this is it. My last one was $50 and lasted reliably for 5 years. This one is even nicer, only $100 which without considering O'Biden caused inflation is very good. If you are tech savy you will have no issues, I usually do not as the machines are reliable and easy to use, it is just once in a while I do like today cuz I changed the network password and had to re set up but once I got a gal it was super simple to get it handled and now I know for the future.

    I have an HP Office Jet Pro 8600 Plus. I guess you would say it's all in one -- prints, scans, copy. I'm thinking of purchasing the HP Office Jet 8015e All in one printer.at $159.99 Is this comparable to what I have?

    The 8015e does not have fax capability or a USB port for scanning to or printing from whereas the 8600 Plus did. If a fax is not needed then the 8015e is a good replacement. If you need an OfficeJet printer with double-sided scanning and a USB port to scan to and print from, then the 9015e is recommended.
