    Rated 4 out of 5 by D Miller5 from Not an easy installation, usage issues I've only been using the printer for a week, but already I've noticed that if a multi page document is printed, the discharge tray is poorly designed to handle more than a few pages. The additional pages get shoved under previously printed pages, so that the order gets messed up. Eventually it causes a jam, which happened when printing a 8 page document. The other difficulty was getting the printer initially setup. I kept getting a message saying "drivers not found". It was many attempts at installing and uninstalling thru the hp smart app to finally get it working. Other than that, the printer is quick and easy to use, and print quality is great for my purposes.

Was able to connect with a free help desk and got it resolved. Make sure you don’t use the pour screen where chats want to charge you for help. Follow the instructions with the manual. I don’t like that it only uses official HP expensive cartridges

    I have an HP Office Jet Pro 8600 Plus. I guess you would say it's all in one -- prints, scans, copy. I'm thinking of purchasing the HP Office Jet 8015e All in one printer.at $159.99 Is this comparable to what I have?

    The 8015e does not have fax capability or a USB port for scanning to or printing from whereas the 8600 Plus did. If a fax is not needed then the 8015e is a good replacement. If you need an OfficeJet printer with double-sided scanning and a USB port to scan to and print from, then the 9015e is recommended.

    Thank you for your question regarding the OfficeJet 8015e. That only options for that unit are the 910 standard and 910XL cartridges which are all pigment based.
