Before they send you to a tech, you have to agree to a year’s subscription for service insurance or a one time payment. After you’re connected to a tech good luck. It would be good at full price, but for that price I would expect a touchscreen, perhaps a slightly brighter screen, and a backlit keyboard. Other than that, I'm very happy with this computer. It has a nice screen, the keyboard has a light touch, and the computer is fast.

Additionally, this HP Laptop 17z-cp300 is compatible with a Universal USB (USB A) Docking Station. Make the docking station has the same video ports as your monitors, such as HDMI.
