My new laptop
The laptop is fast and I enjoy using it very much. I have had only one problem and that was connecting to the internet at my son’s house. But after following all the steps under help I was rewarded with a connection.

Very Disappointed
I was excited when I bought this for the Big Friday Sale at a great discount. Looking at the specs when I purchased this I figured I could put both of my SDDs in and start without reconfiguring. But NO!!!! For some stupid reason HP does not allow one to installl a 2.5" sdd even though it has a slot for it. WHY????? It also has what appeared to be a nice CPU from Intel that was capable of a nice increase in speed by overclocking,,,,,,but NO again. HP disabled any overclocking so I'm stuck at the slowest speed for this computer. Looking at what I thought was a great deal turns out to be a bust. Why put these things together and not use thier capabilties. I will look elswhere for my next machine. Also it doesn't appear that they have fixed the hinge issue I had on my last 2 HP computers. They alway break. Not a happy camper.

TERRIBLE
I cancel my order, and the sent it anyway. I sent it back and they never refunded my hard earned money. I had to file a dispute with my bank. I will NEVER EVER order anything from HP again. Luckily I have money, but can you imagine someone on a limited budget having to go through all of this. This company is very greedy and they DEFINITELY don't care about their customers.When I was talking to the lady about getting a shipping lable, she says to me "Christmas is coming up, maybe you could give it to someone as a gift" 😁😁😁😁😁😁 Really ??? Im done with HP .... NEVER AGAIN 💯

Does it have an easy access door to do upgrades on bottom?

Can you charge this 17-CP3035cl laptop via the USB C port? or only via the AC Pin?

SD card port?
Hello. Thanks for your question. The HP Laptop 17t-cn400 does not come with an SD card port. However, you can use an external memory card reader that connects via USB to read and write to SD cards. Look for a USB SD card reader.
