Great value
The laptop I configured came exactly as I ordered. I chose a lighted keyboard, a 17 inch touch screen and extra memory. It took awhile to set up as expected and runs well for my needs. It's much faster than my old laptop.
My only concerns are that the keyboard seems to be a little extra sensitive and when I put the computer to sleep, sometimes it takes longer than I expect or my other computer takes. Overall, I am happy with the laptop and I think I made a great choice The base price was good, and even with the extras I added the price was reasonable. I recommend this laptop.

It was a great price. I thought it would be fast but not really. It came with a lot of junk on it. I had to hire someone to clean it up. It seems to work fine now.

Changes in order process for your agents
The delivery of the laptop was okay very slow but I waited. The materials I bought with my package was not sufficient to transfer data as I was told so I had to order more materials to transfer data . I did calm and ask why it wasn’t included in my package and they would be glad to stand it to me more costs. I order same materials on Amazon much cheaper than was quoted on the phone . Novice at ordering computer online and was told that was all I needed. Just disappointed! I do have a weird cliche on my screen . I’m attaching a video!

You can use an universal USB A docking station with the HP Laptop 17z-cp300. Be sure there are the same video ports that are on the monitors, i.e. HDMI.

Can this be used with a docking station. HP Dock G5?
Hello. Thanks for your question. The HP Laptop 17z-cp200 can be used with the HP Dock USB C G5 docking station. It has 1 USB Type-C port 5Gbps signaling rate that supports data transfer only and does not support charging or external monitors.
You can use an universal USB docking station with the HP Laptop 17z-cp200. Be sure there are the same video ports that are on the monitors, i.e. HDMI.

The HP Laptop 17z-cp200 will not be compatible with HP Docking Stations. At a minimum, a USB-C port with PowerDelivery and DisplayPort is required. This laptop does not have that port.
