I have repeatedly replaced the ink cartridges in my printer, but it just will not print properly. It's as if the cartridges are empty, but they are brand new. No diagnostic tells me anything useful

My hp envy printer got jammed . Trued to out in new ink and the ink holders didn't m ove and i couldnt get out , then had to pry iout , then the paper jammed and i tool out the roll bar and mow it doesn' fit .. several people have tried.. is it shot ?

My HP 5530 e-All-in-one Printer keeps giving me the message that there is a paper jam. I check. There is no paper jam. Then it dispenses 2blank sheets and leaves a third one “caught” in the inside. I clear that and the whole process starts over again.
