Great extension of primary desktop with bright, clear output and great resolution. I've used at hotels, conference rooms, and anywhere I need a second monitor for presentations or additional workspace. Included USB-C 3.2 cable is durable, however at 11.5in is fairly short. You may require something longer for more external positioning options. Monitor folds nicely and fits in provided sleeve for portability. I carry it everywhere with my laptop. Great addition, and would purchase again!

    What is the specific type of USB C cable that is required to connect this device to another hp laptop? I bought a couple USB C cables at walmart and none of them would work with this monitor. Each time I received an error that said "USB C Video: Inactive"

    Thank you for your question! Typically when this happens the problem is not the cable but the laptop. The laptop must have a USB-C port with DisplayPort and PowerDelivery capabilities. Verify your laptop has that. If not you can always buy an HDMI to USB-C cable that will convert HDMI to USB-C.

    Can I connect TWO of the HP E14 G4 portable monitors to my laptop: HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-ew1073cl (7F5R0UA)

    Hello. Thanks for your question. The HP E14 G4 Portable Monitor (1B065AA) connects via USB-C and supports DisplayPort 1.4 over USB-C. Given that the HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-ew1073cl has 2 Thunderbolt 4 ports with USB Type-C that also support DisplayPort 1.4, you can indeed connect the HP E14 G4 Portable Monitor directly to the laptop's Thunderbolt 4 ports. You would use the USB C cable to connect the monitor to the laptop. The USB C cable is included in the box of the monitor.

    My Thinkpad E14 Gen 1 has USB-C port 3.1/1, either PD or Alt/DP. I use it for PD, so I need to connect one HP's USB-C port to a wall socket and another HP's USB-C port to Thinkpad USB-C port. Thinkpad needs 65W. How much power I need to provide to HP?
