I had an older touch screen monitor and upgraded the computer. I missed the touch screen so bought this one. It works fine. Was easy to set up. And has good color and resolution.

Great buy- Great and responsive touch monitor
The monitor works as indicated. The only thing that was not mentioned was to use with my computer I had to use both HDMI and Video cables. Once I used them, the monitor worked perfectly. The touch is responsive.

Can see clearly!
Our old monitor was in a death spiral and were very happy with this model. It's larger and so much clearer than the old one. Staff fight over who gets to use this monitor, so we will be replacing the other 2 monitors on our points of sale as well.

How can I use this monitor with HDMI cable with USB only? I have a new laptop that does not have HDMI high speed cable.
Thank you for your question! This HP E24mv G4 FHD Conferencing Monitor has the following ports for video:1 VGA; 1 HDMI 1.4; 1 DisplayPort™ 1.2. It is assumed since the laptop is a new laptop and doesn't have HDMI that the laptop in question has USB-C or Thunderbolt for display. If this is the case, then a USB-C to DisplayPort cable would be recommended for use. How do i turn on the camera when I have the monitor connected to a laptop with a camera

Hello, please assure me that the brightness is sufficient for this screen (HP E24mv G4). it only has 250 nits, and for that it seems to me that it is not bright enough. cheers
That would greatly depend on what functions are being performed with the display. 250 nits are typically more than enough for office functions, web browsing, and average working conditions.
