I just love being able to walk around the house and carrying on telephone conversations hands-free. I have tried others and this is far and away the best. I also think it is way overpriced. But, I like it enough that I am willing to pay the premium.

Where can I find the little white rubber band/grommet located on the ear piece stem? It's function is to create resistance between the unit and the over the HEAD headpiece. Its size is: inside diameter 1/8 inch, outside diameter 1/4 inch.

is the Poly CS540 compatible with the Cisco IP Phone 8851?

Thank you for your question! The base of this Poly CS540A DECT 1920-1930 MHz Headset TAA connects via the included telephone interface cable. This cable has RJ-11 tips and will be compatible with any phone that uses RJ-11.
