This high-quality headset makes a good first impression with great packaging that nicely lays out everything you need to get started, including a handy pocket for storing the very simple and clear instructions. They support both fast 2.4g wireless and Bluetooth connections, so you can quickly swap between multiple types of devices with the flick of a switch. The wireless dongle provides a fast, clear connection and can convert to either USB-C or USB-A for compatibility with your PC. The headset also charges via a USB-C cable, so it’s got high compatibility and it’s easy to replace if you happen to need a new one. The removable microphone is a simple 3.5mm connector and a firm, yet bendable arm, that you can install in a snap depending on the situation. It wears very comfortably, with an adjustable and durable metal headband to find the right size, as well as puffy and cooling memory foam ear cushions that are super comfortable and isolate the sound very well. The audio on this set is clear, crisp, and has great range; it can reach a really high volume! There’s a chime to inform you when you reach the maximum level, too. The buttons are intuitive and feel functionality smooth and quiet to press, not clicky, with an “Audio Lady” I really like who tells you what you are doing with the headset so it’s clear when it’s powered on, off, muted, etcetera. The multifunction button even lets you play, pause, skip tracks, answer phone calls, and control the customizable RGB. Unfortunately to alter the default rainbow color scheme, you do need to connect with a PC and HyperX’s software. This has made each gaming sesh so much better thanks to clear audio, high comfort and versatility whether I use it on my PC, paired to my Switch, or chilling in bed listening to music!

It's a fantastic product, and I especially appreciate its performance when it comes to battery life and charging. The battery on this headset is truly solid. I can go for a very long time without needing to charge it, which is perfect for extended gaming sessions or just general use throughout the day.

I thought I'd give them a whirl with the gaming system they have set up, and these did not disappoint. The mic was crisp and clear, picking up only my voice and not the background noise. It was very comfortable to wear for hours, not heavy at all in comparison to some of my other headsets. I love that the mic boom is detachable, as it has an internal mic on the headsets as well. My niece saw me wearing them and came over to test them out. It has a teen gamer seal of approval too.

Voicemail clarity is nice and it doesn’t give and feedback which is so nice as my other headset does. Controls are super easy as well. I definitely would say it’s worth the price.

The set up was simple, the Playstation walked us through it. Simple controls. The microphone is great quality. People say they hear me crystal clear. No station loud echos or such. They are super cool looking, their logo lights up on ears and changes colors. Overall a great product.
