Cumbersome, but it works.
The docking unit extends the functionality of my ZBook Studio G9 laptop. The downside is that it impedes mobility by making things somewhat cumbersome...heavy and bulky and requires an additional power supply.

Not happy
Display port does not work with my monitor, unable to to update drivers - as it a work laptop and is locked down. The
Hdmi works, but l am limited to one monitor and was hoping for two. Will have to see if new laptop will work better. Bought docking port as it is the only approved hardware that I could use with new laptop which I am waiting for :(

This dock is listed as the recommended one on the page for the HP Pavilion 15-dy2089ms model, but I'm not seeing that model listed in above re: compatibility. I would like to be sure this dock will power two monitors as well as charge the laptop. Thanks
Thank you for your question! Our apologies for the confusion, the HP Pavilion 15-dy2089ms will not be compatible with that dock. In order to be compatible with the Dock, the host PC must have a USB-C port with PowerDelivery and DisplayPort. According to the specifications on that laptop, the USB-C port does not meet those two requirements.
