Rated 1 out of 5 by A disgusted customer from Couldn't get it to work, returned it, horrible customer and technical support This item arrived four days later than was promised. When it finally arrived, we couldn't get it to connect to the Internet. We called technical support and customer support perhaps 50 times, over the course of two days, until we finally got a human on the phone. Even the AI technical support disconnected after we submitted the serial number of our scanner. We returned the scanner without ever getting it up and running. The icing on the cake was that we had to call customer support repeatedly to get our refund, which took two weeks longer than was promised. We ended up buying the Ricoh ScanSnap ix2500, a vastly better product with vastly better technical and customer support. HP has permanently lost our business.
