First, I have been an HP customer for decades, but this new printer, HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e is really making me a very disgruntled customer for the first time. I am 70 years old and have always been able to purchase my HP computers/printers and additionally set them up on my own - this made me proud! But currently, I am having "horrific" printer problems with (1) internet connections; (2) loading the Set-Up program; (3) problems with scanning program; (4) problems with "Touch-Screen; and (5) problems printing. If I had not thrown away the box... I would be repacking it to return for a refund. I really feel let down. I will try to reload this " Printer Set-Up Program" one more time but will seek outside help if this time it does not work! I am glad I kept my 10+ year old HP printer because I may have to reinstall it.

Worse, if you find it impossible to complete the setup it will dun you for days telling you to complete the set-up which you can't. It's customer support is worse than useless. They give you bad information and rush to get off the line. Far different from their laptop support who stay on the line until they are sure to solve the problem. I think the nub of the problem is that the setup requires you to connect wirelessly, at least that is what their useless tech told me. The issue is the printer is located in and area with poor internet connectivity so I have it connect by a direct cable which is fine. The printer jams a little but other than that it is fast and the print quality is very good.

It's definitely faster, it was easier to set up out of the box. So far we have set up all the applications except for the fax portion; the printer is set up far away from the phone line and that's why we haven't been able to connect; this was the problem with the previous two printers; I'm going to have to get a very long telephone extension cord to be able to connect the telephone line to the printer. Hopefully I'll be able to accomplish this process soon

I printed a 30 page document and it took 10 minutes to print. I've never had a printer this slow. It has a nice print when it is done printing. There are consistent error messages if it has more than one job in que. I'm not sure how I feel about the price and the speed of this one.

    I ordered an HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e Printer from Best Buy, but it would not offer duplex printing. The Best Buy technician installed it, but when we tested duplex printing, duplex was not offered as an option.

    Does the 9135e print borderless documents (on 8.5 x 11” paper that have edge-to-edge images that need borderless printing)? I do quite a bit of bulk printing of full art/design projects (e.g., flyers and programs).

The HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e Printer supports the following media weights: 60 to 105 g/m² (plain); 220 to 280 g/m² (photo); 75 to 90 g/m² (envelope); 163 to 200 g/m² (card). You can also print on photo paper. We recommend using HP Everyday, HP Advanced, or HP Premium Plus photo paper.

    Once you start a print job (like a 50 page document) is there any way to stop the print job once started? Previous HP printers had a "cancel" button on face of machine to manually stop it.....but can't find any such such function on this 9135e?

To select a specific paper tray when printing from your computer, follow the steps below: For Windows: Open the Document: Open the document you want to print. Access Print Settings: Click File > Print, or press Ctrl + P. Select Printer: Ensure your HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e is set as the selected printer. Open Printer Properties: Click Printer Properties, Preferences, or Settings depending on your application. Tray Selection: Navigate to the Paper/Quality tab or Paper Source.     Does printer Print a single Check?

    I received my OfficeJet Pro 9135e this week and am mostly very happy with it. However, I can't successfully duplex print on 8.5" x 14" paper - it will only print one side of the sheet. Should I be able to do this or is the printer defective?
