This is the 2nd HP Printer that I have had and the last. It rarely connects with my Apple Macbbok ior other devices. So frustrated that I will be adding this to the junk pile soon!

Eager to be able to use my new printer
Miserable start to using my new printer. It arrived and immediately indicated the magenta ink was not functioning. We spent a very long phone call with HP support. Nothing worked. He said order a magenta cartridge and we can start again. Our objection was, we bought a printer that is malfunctioning. This is not our problem, it is HP's problem. Please send us a magenta cartridge. That was not agreed to until the next day when the Support Manager called us. Now there is another problem for which we will need our 3rd call for Support. Now it is impossible to get to the color cartridges to attempt a replacement of the magenta. Tomorrow 's another day and another call!

Defective print head
It worked for a few days, then wouldn't print at all. After over 2 hours & 3 techs, it was determined that the print head was defective. 2 weeks later the new part came, with new ink. Instead of being able to keep the original ink cartridges, I was required to return them with the faulty part. I've only printed about 6 pages since replacing the part. Hope that's the ones only problem.

Poor new HP Office Jet pro
The screen on the newest HP OfficeJet Pro is nearly impossible to read due to its BLACK background
and very very small symbols. I'm very disappointed. I have to get down on my knees to do anything using the screen.

HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer with 3 Months of Insta...
My recent purchase of the HP OfficJet Pro 9125e and accompanying HP InkJet Supply plan went well. The installation did not go as I expected. The operation of the machine has been superb.
The online HP sales lady was very knowledgeable, kind, and customer oriented. She informed me of various options. I already had an OfficeJet in mind to replace the one I was using since it ran into software issues that proved to be repetitive and nigh on intolerable after about five years of use. Former HP printers lasted nearly 10 years, but the marketing is now of prime concern.
Upon receiving the product, which came in after 3 days of making the purchase, I ventured to install it based on my knowledge and experience from the one i replaced. However, things just were not going smoothly for me. In short, I just had to call upon HP tech support. The tech support jumped right into action correcting the sketchy installation I had already made, so after about an hour or so, the OfficeJet came to life and started doing its work and has continued to do so without interruption since.
During the dialogue with the HP tech, the issue of my last HP ink purcase was rasided by me. I was assured a refund would be added to the three month free ink supply that would start at the end of the free period. There are two months left on that and one additional for the return and refund of the previous set of cartridges I returned since they do not fit the new OfficeJet.
My next subject with the HP tech had to do with a seemingly forced system of Ink supply. As I only produce x numbers of prints per month well below what the Instant Ink supply system applies and there are times during some months the number of printed pages goes up, I still do not need the ink supply replacements that the HP wants me to use. Therefore, I made suggestions to address a more friendly approach to supplying ink to me. I am awaiting any information on that in addition to confirming that my three months of free ink supply is actually followed up with an addition month that will indicate reimbursment of the set of cartridges from my previous OfficeJet that went unused.
Finally, there was the matter of disposing of the OfficeJet that I stopped using. During the sale process I raised that issue and was assured that a shipment label would be sent to me to send the machine back to HP. Well, after waiting a few days after the new OfficeJet arrived at my house, I inquired. That inquiry turned out to be several days and several calls to various HP offices only to wind up my being referred to carting the machine off to Best Buy. That was most disappointing.

frustrating set up , Defective product(s)
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this printer. After 5 hours on the phone with technical ,software, and instant ink support AND $100 LATER , it was determined that there was something wrong with the printer. A replacement was sent. i followed all the instructions exactly for installing the replacement printer and spent another 2 hours on the phone with technical support , I still couldn't get the printer to work. It wouldn't print, wouldn't copy .... NOTHING I'm returning it for a full refund

HP Office Jet Pro 9125e
To be honest the printer does a very nice job when we can get it to work. Since we bought it we have had nothing but problems getting it to print. The printer does not want to connect with the computer on its own. We have had to unplug the power and then plug it back in to get it to work. When it acts up like this even the power button does not work to shut it down. We've called the support line at least 4 times spending at least 60 to 90 minutes each time to resolve the problem. Basically, they say it's our internet connection. We had a HP Office Jet Pro 8710 for many years and never had 1 connection problem. I like the printer, but I wish that our problem could get resolved.

Bring Back the Manual!
I don't know how anyone can make this work. You eliminated all the information we need to find the ink levels, the printer queue, the wifi set-up, the place where you can find the request for two-sided printing.. and then you have the print button turn back into a hold because you want more information, but by then I think it's going to print and I start trying to get back to my work. It's been 45 minutes I've lost trying to print one two-sided page and waiting for a "chat" with an expert! I can't afford this loss of time! This was a good product line! BRING BACK THE MANUAL!

HP-Not what I thought
I have always used an HP printer for home- I needed a new one that would I could use for work as well as home. After researching-I thought this would be a good one. It is not. The printer struggles to print anything of any other type of paper other than normal copy paper.

No a good printer
At this time, I wouldn't recommend this printer to anyone. It frequently freezes and won't respond to input. This requires unplugging the printer and rebooting. I went to the HP web site to trouble shoot, where they recommended checking for firmware updates. Turns out I have the latest update, and no further help was available. Next time I'll be shopping for another brand.

Some trepidation with newness
Have used the 9125e for several weeks. Takes a lot to get used to after owning the 8600. I guess the most trouble I had was with the software installation.....and I don't know if I'm through yet. Once downloaded...I thought I was through with that operation but as soon as I went to scan....I found out that wasn't the case.....more downloads. I think I'm on the way now with my all-in-one printer.

Get this one!
Better than I expected, particularly impressed with the smaller size of previous HP printers. Unbelievably quiet and super fast. Set up was a bit tricky and required listening and struggling with the typical AI junk I finally got a human on the line who was super helpful and fun. With 10+ years of experience with HP printers I still can’t find the sweet spot to set the print to “draft”.

Small business owner
It just doesn't work for long before timing out. On a good day, you can get it operational again by unplugging it and plugging it back in. My wife asked me at least ten times if she could smash it with a bat. I am hoping HP will take it back.

Not user friendly
I found this machine was not user friendly and decided to send it back after only a few hours trying to use it. The HP machine that I had to replace was much easier to understand and use.

HP OfficeJet Pro quality has gone down
This is the second 9125e we've tried in a month. Both worked fine at first but then started making loud noises. My wife uses the printer for work, and now wants to return it for a full refund. I'm getting the run-around from HP support on returning it and getting the refund. We have an earlier model, a 9015, that's been working fine for years. Looks like quality is not what it used to be.

Average at best.
I am disappointed with the overall performance. On the positive side, the set up experience was excellent. It was seamless and quick. When the printer is working it is an excellent printer. On the negative side on occasion when the printer is in sleep mode it will freeze and require a complete unplugging and restarting. It has also frozen on occasion while attempting print from my iMac as well, requiring me to go through the same restarting process. Finally, you cannot send a scan from the printer to the desk top of my computer. I could with my previous HP model. It appears this function is available for Windows based computers but not for iMacs using an Apple OS. This totally unacceptable and a real disappointment.

Do Not Buy This Printer
This printer is basically nonfunctional. The paper tray is so flimsy and poorly made that it’s impossible to get paper to situate correctly and feed through properly. I’ve tried everything I could think of to coax it into working but no dice. It might work if I load one sheet of paper at a time. Luckily, the printer also refuses to remain connected to my wifi so it’s impossible to print anything anyway.
