Horrible product & service
Horrible product. It locks me out continuously. The support system is a joke. Before they send you to a tech, you have to agree to a year’s subscription for service insurance or a one time payment. After you’re connected to a tech good luck. I purchased my computer in March 2025 and have used it for 3 weeks.

Great for the price.
I got this laptop 30% off, and at that price it's a great computer. It would be good at full price, but for that price I would expect a touchscreen, perhaps a slightly brighter screen, and a backlit keyboard. Other than that, I'm very happy with this computer. It has a nice screen, the keyboard has a light touch, and the computer is fast.

Poor location of delete key
I do not like the location of the delete key. It is not in a good location, and being too small, it is easy to hit the key next to it. I often delete by mistake, not being a professional typist. It is very annoying.

How far back does the screen fold? Last laptop I ordered online from HP only opened about 100 degrees which is not enough if you actually use it on your lap. I'd never seen any laptop open so little before. I've hated using my laptop from day one.
A 45-degree obtuse angle is the most the laptop is recommended to be open to. The lid or hinge mechanism may be damaged or broken if pulled back any further. If a greater opening radius is desired then the x360 laptops are recommended as they can open completely up to a tablet state.
