I got this laptop and am thrilled. The screen is amazingly clear. The keyboard is a dream. The keys are a little bigger. The pressure is perfect. It's super light. Best of all, it's ridiculously fast. Fantastic computer. I love it! Very, very pleased.

You're not actually seeing more of the spreadsheet you opened, it's just gigantic. If you need large text books, this computer would be a good option. If you were getting a larger screen to widen your field of vision, look elsewhere.

Can I charge this laptop with a type-c usb power delivery charger? The specs say "1 USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.2, HP Sleep and Charge)", which contradicts the answers in the Q&A saying it can't charge via type-c

Hello. Thanks for your question. This HP Laptop 15t-fd100 uses a barrel type 45 Watt AC power adapter to charge the laptop. The USB C port is designed to charge devices such a smartphone or tablet.

Is the SSD Gen 4 or Gen 3? If the SSD were to be replaced, does the PC just accept a SSDs of the same generation?

Thank you for your question! This HP Laptop 15t-fd100 has Gen4 slots. This will be compatible with other generation SSDs. If using a newer Gen than Gen 4, the SSD will function at Gen 4 speeds. If using an older Gen SSD then the SSD will operate at the older Gen speed.
