Good Personal Laptop
Its a nice basic laptop for home use. Mine did not come in silver as I expected and absed on the picture. It's fast, and responsive. Keyboard is loud and mousepad is clunky.

Great Choice!
I just needed something to do lightweight work on (Excel spreadsheets, email surveys, minimal gaming) and this seems to fit the bill perfectly. My old laptop was OLD so I'm having to get used to the newer Windows, but this computer runs fast for what I'm using it for and I'm not having any issues. Very lightweight to boot! Only downside is no keyboard lighting, but that's my fault for not checking for that in the specs better.

Build is cheap
So I spent hundreds of dollars on this laptop, only to be given a device built with a flimsy plastic shell. It hasn't broken yet, but I think it is only a matter of time. Positives, it appears they built the software according to my specifications and the color is as I chose it. I will use it, but I just was very disappointed that the shell quality is a significant step down from my last laptop. "They don't make them like they used to."

Good Laptop with Bad Touchpad
Good laptop for the price. Touchpad is not very good. Hard to click, clicks register only 50% of the time. Taps works most of the time - approx 75% of the time. Key size and layout in the bottom left area is weird compared to others and makes it very hard to get used to - especially if you use other keyboards/laptops for work etc. Keys are loud when pressed. Everything else appears to be good, will update when warranty is over :)

I’m grading to a New pc
Explorer was slow and basically did not work do I down loaded chrome and now the pc runs well. Also the auto cloud was not what I wanted and when setting up the pc for the first time it loaded lots of junk I was trying to get away from getting a new pc. Then trying to disable the cloud function is difficult and lastly now I haven’t been able to delete the junk files that were sent to the cloud. All making me unhappy with lots left to do change over to the new pc. Oh then you will need to buy an expensive cord to use the USB-C connection. Actually I need to buy three, one to download from my phone. One for the internet. One for usb to usbc

Does Not Blow Me Away
Overall, I’d say the laptop does everything I wanted it to do. As far as school and work are concerned the 6c/12t Ryzen part does wonders. However, the graphics leave a lot to desire. I had assumed they would be good enough for some light gaming given the lower resolution display (also a low point because it’s glossy instead of matte). However, it struggles to maintain a playable frame rate in Diablo II: Resurrected. A very easy to run title. Now video playback is fine. Just leaves a little to be desired. However. If I am judging the laptop by its sale price. It is a steal. Good build Quality minus the glossy screen, and fairly good battery life. Perfect for school/business applications. Just don’t expect it to be your only device.

Because I added two customizations (larger SSD & non-glare display), my laptop took time to be built. Worth the wait. As an economic, no-frills home computer, this 15-inch Windows 11 should do the job for me.

Gets hot very quickly.
This laptop was easy to set up right out of the box and does everything I want it to. The only problem I have with it is the fact it makes a horrible noise as it gets hot very quickly. I have had to purchase a cooling pad to use with it. Delivery too much longer than advertised, mainly due to the fact it was shipped from China. I thought that this laptop would be manufactured in the United States, not in China.

My wife has a Mac book, but I need a windows based computer. The price was great. Didn’t know anything about AMD. So far I’m pleased. I upgraded to 256gb storage. I didn’t see an upgrade for a back lit keyboard, definitely would have gone that way also. Still getting used to it though, but so far I’m very happy.
