Purchasing Instant Ink Gift Cards
The Instant Ink Gift Card is the only way I can pay for Instant Ink. If it were not available, I would have to quit Instant Ink. It would be an improvement if you had a short cut which would take me directly to a link that would be able to purchase the gift card without the usual half hour+ of phone calls talking to 2 or 3 different people just to purchase the Instant Ink gift card.

Unusual problem.
Difficulty in getting the instant ink actually. When setting up the instant ink, we had to use HP's assistance since the computer needed to be cleaned up first. When we got it up and running, we had only two months of free ink when three months were what had been specified in the purchase. The additional 4th month was actually never sent. I had to spend several hours on the phone with Customer Service to actually get the 4th month posted to the instant ink account. I never did physically receive the card. But Rachel in Customer Service did a great job investigating what happened and getting me the credit

Ok, where do I update the credit card?
Thank you for your question regarding Instant Ink. There are a few different ways to update the card. You can do it through the HP Smart app by clicking your account and looking on the overview there. You can also do it on the Instant Ink website by signing in https://instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en/l/v2 and looking at your account. The number to the Instant Ink support team is also on there and you can contact them to help change it.
