I loved it but it was time for an upgrade! I'm so glad I chose this one. It's perfect for my printing/copying/scanning needs. Just like my old one, this printer uses HP Instant Ink. It not only makes more sense financially but, it's so much easier to never have to worry about running out of ink. This printer was extremely easy to set-up. I used my phone and had it up & running in 5 minutes. It's so convenient to be able to print from my phone & tablet as well as my computer. It's a perfect size for my stand. It works great. Overall, I'm very happy with it!

It was simple to set up and printing from phone is a breeze. I like the option of scanning, copying, and printing. Although I like that I can get ink from a subscription, I don’t quite understand how it works. Do I get charged the months I don’t need ink? Overall, I’m happy with the HP 2855e and can’t wait for continued use.

It was easy to install the ink cartridges and the power cord was the only cable to plug into the printer. I had some trouble getting the setup to complete, with three errors. Once setup the printer still did not want to connect to computer and print alignment. When it finally connected the printer seems to be working well. The HP Smart app works great and is nice to have available for use from the phone or computer. The paper feeder holds a decent amount of paper it auto feeds without jamming! The print quality and speed are great. There is a small screen that is not backlit. It can be hard to see. The screen tells the number of pages printing, ink levels, and WIFI strength. Overall, the printer does a good job for a startup business. I would recommend the HP DeskJet 2855e for use in a home office.

The control pad doesn't have loud clicking buttons. The surface is smooth, and a light touch is all that is needed to use it. This is my new favorite mutli function printer! I can scan, copy, and print in black and white or vibrant colors. I will use this for my business and personal uses. So happy I have something new to print homeschooling assignments, menus, and PowerPoint presentations.

I did a test print and was happy with how clear the print came out. The internet connectivity makes printing desired documents straight off of my phone or computer super simple. It’s blue tooth and you can print wherever you are, the only downside is that sometimes it won’t receive what you want to print out and has to stay on 24/7 BUT there’s a wonderful membership where they send you free ink and paper whenever you are close to running out. As of right now I know there’s a membership for how much you can print and all that jazz. I’m hoping that this still continues to print later on too. But the quality is amazing, the set up is so simple and it’s so cute!

The layout of the design is easy to navigate and utilize. It is lightweight and can be easily lifted to carry from room to room, if necessary. I do printing from home for important documents, school and leisurely prints and this is sufficient enough to handle what I need. I like it in white and it’s simple but nice looking. Overall, I’ve enjoyed this printer and the quality HP puts into their products.

Perfect for emails, scanning, and making copies. The printer easily connects to my Verizon hot spot. I can send documents via the web to print from anywhere. The print quality is good so far. The ink cartridges are really small, so this printer is not the best if you do lots of printing or the ink would cost a fortune.

I lost a little cool putting in the ink cartridge but I figured it out lol. Very easy to set up As far as getting everything put online on Wi-Fi, everything went smoothly. I set up my account 123 what I love is that it comes with three months of ink and after three Trial is over. It’s still a good expense. You can also get paper sent to you. It printed really fast. I love this printer:scanner. The scanner option works wonderful also.

Love the wireless connectivity from the smartphone which was an easy setup thru HP smart app. The HP smart app makes life easy setting up wireless printing. The print quality for the money of this printer is good.This is a great family printer we are about to go on vacation and it took about 5 minutes to setup wireless printing. Our family just loves this printer. Also the travel bingo cards we were printing out the speed of the printer was great and was able to print these out fast.

I do like the fact that you have the prescription option for the ink and paper. I love that they added the paper one. although I did just stock up so I don't need it right now. but I like that they send you the ink when you need it and you don't have to worry about going out and looking for and finding the best price.

It's wifi capabilities makes it easier to print from anywhere. What was also great is that it comes with 3 months of free HP ink. From the copying to the printing it has just made my life so much easier and the printing capabilities is quick I have no issues with it getting jammed or being slow. This is definitely a 5 star printer and would gladly recommend this to my friends and family.

You just download the hp app, and setup is step by step with pictures. The ink cartridges can only go in a specific spot, so it is fool proof for anyone. Easy to use on any device, computer, phone, or tablet. Prints very well, and light weight easy to move around if necessary. The chile red color is very pretty nice deep color. It's a lightweight printer that gets the job done. Perfect for my everyday needs.

I love that it’s compact and lightweight. The installation was easy, the instructions were clear, and the controls are simple and intuitive, which I appreciate. It connected to my wifi easily and I haven't had any paper jams or issues with it at all. The scanner is also really nice and the images come out very high quality, no blurs or anything. I would definitely say for the price point, it is the best affordable everyday printer/scanner that I would recommend for everyone. I've had multiple friends and family go out and purchase one for themselves because they were so impressed with quality of mine.

It is also not so heavy as the one it replaced, and it has a smaller footprint, too. The setup was pretty straightforward although it took a bit longer than anticipated. But the quality of the printing is excellent. I definitely took advantage of the Instant Ink program to make my life a little easier.

The app makes it so I can easily print from my phone and the instant ink option means I will never run out! I am a mom and a student and this printer holds up to the high volume I print monthly with ease. A fantastic printer if you are looking for something simple that works well and is easy to set up.
