HP Printers are the Best for Home
I recently purchased an HP 2855e printer. Images and text are clear and true to color. What's more, it was affordable and just retired my last HP Printer of the last 10 year to purchase a new one. When considering new printers take a serious look at the HP brand and their Instant Ink offering. They will save you money.

Frustrated
The printer is wireless, and my present computer is wired. The printer is always going offline. Support worked for 4 hours to get it online. I turned it off when done, next morning tuned it off. offline again.

The printer is worth its price and a good starter pack. Slightly bigger for travelling. As soon as possible I’ll for a slimmer machine flexible for travelling and printing anywhere.

Great Printer!
I am very happy with my HP Deskjet 2855e printer. It came earlier than expected and was very easy to set up. The print quality is great and it prints fast. I would recommend this printer to anyone, especially if you only need one for printing a couple pages a week.

Easy to use, quick and very efficient. Great price, features and I really enjoy the fact the ink comes to you instead of you having to chase it down! I use for basic black and white letters with occasional color. Highly recommended for reliable printing.

This is a great printer
This printer is easy to use and it was easy to set up. I used my phone, after downloading the hp app which was the recommended method of setting it up. I am very happy with the quality of the printing.

Can I scan using the input tray?
Thank you for your question, the HP DeskJet 2855e does not feature a document feeder for scanning, you will need to use the flatbed to scan documents.

You can set up your HP printer by going to http://123.hp.com/setup for the most current printer drivers. The website will prompt you through the setup process.

Hello. Thanks for your question. We recommend looking at the HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e, 8139e, 9125e, and 9135e printers, which have a fax function. Just a reminder that a landline is required for the fax function to work. If you don't have a landline, you can use the Mobile Fax option in the HP Smart app to send faxes.

Does this printer have a double-sided printing option?
Thank you for your question! The HP DeskJet 2855e does not have an automatic duplex printing option, however, you can manually print on both sides by flipping the page over and then printing on the other side.

Do I have to subscribe to a subscription service to use this printer? I heard that someone had to subscribe in order to use this printer after a few months. Or is this a one and done buy and I won't need to use any other services after buying this.

Can this printer be installed on windows 11 in the s mode?
