Because most of my labels are black and white, the HP printer is perfect for that. Now, in my opinion, it does use a lot of ink, but if your usage will be low, then this printer is ideal. The setup was extremely easy and straight to the point. Everything from downloading the app to setting up the WiFi. It’s lightweight, so easy to move from room to room if necessary. My son will be starting college so he will get great use of this printer as well. I will say my biggest concern is the ink price but haven’t had to refill yet, but overall I could see this being a great printer for the family.

First off, I love that this printer is super compact--half the size of my last one--but still offers all the bells and whistles of printing, scanning, and copying. It looks great, with that nice pop of red. I'll admit, I had a bit of trouble initially setting it up on my wifi network and getting the printer to sync with my phone, and I still haven't been able to get the HP app to print, hence the four stars. But after a bit of troubleshooting, we're able to print from all of our devices. We really like the high quality inkjet colour printing, a definite step up from our last black and white printer. We also like the ability to "subscribe" to ink refills on a regular basis, which is easier and cheaper than trying to find the ink ourselves. Overall, this is a good printer for every day color printing in a nice compact size.

Its compact size makes it easy for me to have in my office without taking up too much of my very limited space. Also, the fun color adds just a little splash of flavor! As to printing, it is prints quickly and clearly. This obviously isn't a printer I would use for bulk jobs, such as in a larger multi-person office. However, it is perfect for my purposes, which is using as a professional at home.

I asked if they could hold shipping and they said no problem. I wasn’t going to be home and didn’t want it to sit outside in the heat and rain for days. No problem???? Well they delivered it anyway. 10 days early. It was such a hassle. I called when I was away and the next person told me that whoever told me that they would hold it didn’t know that they couldn’t. Not cool!!! I had to scramble to find someone to drive 30 miles to get it for me. I called again and got a rude person, no apologies for the inconvenience. I could have held off buying it until I got back but it was on sale and I wanted the sale price, the man assured me that they wouldn’t ship it until a day or so before I was returning, which would have been perfect. Lies!!

Not knowing where to start, she showed me how simple it is to operate. I was printing pages and making copies in no time. The buttons on the top were easy to understand once I got to see how each one worked. I opened the front of the printer to see where the print cartridges went, pulled one out and put back in, simple. Although I am not the main user of the printer, I am confident to use it when the need arises.

Installation and setup took a few minutes but wasn't too difficult. So far we've used it to print some photos and school projects and are very pleased. Prints quickly and quality looks great. After plugging in the power supply the initial set up took a little time to figure out. It is a perfect size for an office desk. When finally configured the printer works great. It holds several pages of paper and self feeds nicely. The printer prints nicely from the app and looks professional. The only thing II would change is the screen, it is small does not have a light. Without an overhead light it can be hard to read how many pages, etc. Overall,I would recommend this printer to anyone looking for a good priced printer to use at home or in a small office.

The compact size and lightweight was a bonus since I have it set up in my kitchen nook area and I didn't want something bulky with excess wiring. I wish I was able to scan directly from the deskjet. Instead, all the additional features of scanning and faxing have to be done via the HP app. This has it advantages of being able to do these functions remotely. Otherwise, its a solid printer for at home use. In addition, the HP instant Ink service is great. It ensures that you never run out of ink because you never know when you'll have to print out that report at midnight and you're out of ink. I would recommend this printer.

This printer is great quality for its price they are affordable and does the job. It lets you scan from your phone and print with the Hp app it also works with Bluetooth and you can print from anywhere around your house. The color is very vibrant and beautiful. I unwrapped it, got it hooked up to my Wi-Fi, installed the ink, added paper and starting printer. The only issue I had was the actual setup in the HP app. It took three tries to get it to attach to my wifi. Definitely would recommend to everyone.

The printer setup took maybe 5 minutes and downloading the app was super easy a 5 year old could do it. It's awesome that it came with 3 months of ink and you can get another 3 months of ink free with a subscription. All in all I'm very happy with this printer and glad that I now have a wireless all in one printer. It prints fast and the quality of the colors are vivid so I would definitely recommend it.

    Thank you for your question! It is unclear what is being asked. This HP DeskJet 2855e All-in-One Printer will be compatible with paper up to 145lb paperweight. As long as the Card Stock paper has a paper weight at or under 145lb it will print just like any other print.
