This printer is reliable if you’re a small creator that doesn’t need industrial level printing. The Tech has been out 3 times now, almost drained all of our toner printing test pages, and we have yet to print for ourselves. The pages the Tech prints are beautiful!! Just can't wait to get the issues resolved. I wish HP would have just sent a new unit - or at least toner cartridges since they are expensive!!!

Right out of the shipping box and after the initial setup we printed several sets of drawings. I am very impressed with the new advanced features as shown on the keypad. I know for certain my next printer or plotter will be a HP!

    This model does have the ability to cut canvas paper. Depending on the type of canvas, you may not be able to use the automatic cutter and would have to use the manual cutter option instead.

    Does this plotter print e size drawings

    Thank you for your question about the HP DesignJet Z6dr Large Format Dual-Roll PostScript&reg; Graphics Printer. That unit can print from 11 to 44 x 66 normally and has custom options for 8.5 x 11 to 44 x 66. You would be able to print 36 x 48 for the e size drawings. Thank you for your question.

    Received new Z6, installed ink cartridges included. Plotter says cyan cartridge needs replaced. The cyan cartridge is number 746 and the other 5 are number 745. Is the cyan the correct cartridge? Supplies and support say it should have 747 cartridges.
