    how large are the scan files?

    Hello. Thanks for your question. The HP DesignJet T850 Multifunction Printer can scan documents up to a maximum size of 36 inches x 109 inches. The minimum scan size is 5 in x 5 inches.

    Thank you for your question! While the T850 does not have an embedded Adobe PS capability in the printer, the T850 can print .PDF documents via: 1. For Windows: the T850 can print .PDF documents via HP Click or Windows driver (see the HP driver support website). 2. For Mac: the T850 can print .PDF documents via a driver which can be downloaded from the HP driver support website.

    Thank you for shopping at HP! Here's how to enable architectural (Arch) sizes for printing on an HP Designjet printer: Open the Printing Preferences window for the HP Designjet printer driver. Select the Paper Standards tab. Verify the Architectural checkbox is unchecked, then check it. Click Apply and then OK. Arch sizes should now be available in the Printing Preferences window. Here's another method for printing custom paper sizes: Select Custom1 under Custom paper sizes. Choose the sheet size for Architectural under Select a form. Click OK. Select the Finishing tab. Under Document Options, check the box to Remove Margins between Pages. The HP Smart app can also be used to change print settings, including paper size. If that method doesn't work try changing the orientation of the print.
