The first is, that when a job starts printing there is no way to cancel it on the machine itself. The second thing is, that you can't use a 300' roll of paper with this machine, the max is 150'. Other than that it's a pretty nice plotter.

The second one works, but the print is not good, there are stripes on each page. We have aligned the cartridge, calibrated the paper roll, etc. still not changes. We need support.

Can you print maps on Mylar to be recorded at the register of deeds? Mylar is often a requirement rather than paper.

I asked about Mac compatibility and was told that adding the HP SmartApp on my mobile device would make it Mac compatible...to be clear, I work on an iMac desktop system not a mobile device. What if I don't have a mobile device (yes, I'm old school)?

There is an HP Smart for Desktop app for Macs as well. To make sure you are compatible, visit the app store and see if the app is available for download. If it is available you will be good.
