It is 11/27 I have yet to get the refill and HP reps have been giving me the run around when trying to determine what happened. They referred me to DHL with a tracking number DHL did not recognize. As a result I have a printer I cant use. Very disappointed about HP responsiveness to customer needs! Sad

HP was to give me a credit on the returned ink. I sent it off a few days ago, so you haven't received it yet. I have an email that you were going to credit the return on the new order that I placed for my new printer.

When I tried to install the cartridge I realized it was not the correct cartridge for my printer. When I called customer service they said HP doesn’t make one for my printer anymore. I then went to Office Max and got the correct printer cartridge. Educate your customer service personnel.

Why does HP insist on having cartridges chipped if the printer is out warranty or discontinued? Is it just so they can rake in more money by requiring proprietary cartridges?
