It is 11/27 I have yet to get the refill and HP reps have been giving me the run around when trying to determine what happened. They referred me to DHL with a tracking number DHL did not recognize. As a result I have a printer I cant use. Very disappointed about HP responsiveness to customer needs! Sad

HP was to give me a credit on the returned ink. I sent it off a few days ago, so you haven't received it yet. I have an email that you were going to credit the return on the new order that I placed for my new printer.

What is the difference between HP 134X Laser Jet toner and W1340 toner?

Thank you for your question! The W1340 toner is not found in the HP Product Database. However, there is a W1340A and this toner is also known as the W1340X. The difference between those two is the W1340X is a high-yield toner that can print up to 2400 pages, the W1340A is a standard yield with up to an 1100 page yield.
