However when it came to installing the new toner cartridge it would not fit and upon investigation I realized I had been led to choose the wrong toner cartridge. By this time more than 30 days have passed and I realized I was not eligible for a refund. So I ordered the right cartridge, who's part number identified by looking at the old cartridge part number, something I wish I had thought of originally. I wish I would not be charged for two cartridges and would like a refund on the first one which was the wrong part number,..

I purchased this product and, because it is the incorrect cartridge for my printer, I tried to return it without success. Your customer service is the worst that I have seen -- run-around. replacing toner the top won't close

When your figures for the 134A cartridge say you get rough 1000 pages, I'm assuming that's 1 side or 500 pages printed on both sides?
