Great Item, Sub-par purchase experience.
At the point of purchase (eBay) there was no clear indication that what was on sale was the headset only and without the charging case (I had sought this clarification via eBay messaging prior to the purchase and never got an answer so I assumed from the pictures the charging case is part of the purchase). The foregoing fact made the purchase expensive. Unlike the Poly 5200 it does not seem to have phone book access features like reading out the name of the caller and redialling by simple double click of some button (though this may be my sole experience). As a headset, it is however quite impressive in use (voice clarity and noise cancellation).

The older model voyager legend 5200 was, my opinion, a better headset. Still worked, js the rubber deteriorated.

Great product, but it needs some improvements.
Great product, but it needs some improvements—at the very least, it should match the features of its predecessor, the Voyager 5200.
The audio quality is excellent, and the battery life has significantly improved. However, I'm experiencing a couple of issues that are quite important to me:
Caller ID: When there’s an incoming call, the headset only says “Incoming call” without reading out the caller ID. The Voyager 5200 had this feature, and it was extremely useful.
Voice Command Response: When receiving a call, the headset prompts with “Answer” or “Ignore.” However, this feature is not working reliably. I often have to yell “Answer” multiple times before it responds, whereas the Voyager 5200 would recognize the command easily in a normal tone.
For me, these are deal-breaking issues. I believe they could potentially be resolved with a firmware update. Until then, I continue using the Voyager 5200 daily and only switch to this new model when the 5200’s battery runs out.

The purchase is not worth the money.
Not happy with the purchase. The battery drains too quickly, only lasts half a day. The speaker volume is very quiet, it is very lacking in volume. It is not realistic to use in a noisy room. When driving a truck, you can't hear anything either. Noise suppression also leaves much to be desired, when I am in a noisy room and I don't say anything, the person I am talking to starts making loud noise.

Good but not Stellar
Good quality but not that comfortable on the ear. Older versions were much more comfortable. Sound quality is good and the noise cancelling works well. Miss the old Voyager style.

Does the charging case come with it?
why doesn't voyager lg50 announce someone calling from your contact list? It says incoming call, answer or reject. It has a button for contacts when you are pairing. All the legends are that way. if you don't know who is calling, you don't answer.
