Wouldn't come on when the new pc came out of sleep. The older monitor had a broader bezel on it and made it look bigger in the space we have on this desk. The new HP monitor fits the space really well and the images are crisp on it. Good purchase.

Thank you for your interest in the HP Series 5 23.8 (94C21AA). That is just a monitor and does not have a computer with it. There are All-in-One computers with the CPU built into the monitor like the one HP All-in-One 24-cr0000m https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/hp-all-in-one-24-cr0000m-238-947r8av-1 that will also include a keyboard and mouse.
