Fantastic and Powerful Little Work Friend
The Notebook is a fine example HP excellence. This is my 5th HP unfortunately, technology will outpace the lifespan of the Notebook so I need the upgrade due to software upgrades needing a new hardware.
Only 1 or 2 little things that will are annoying.
1.the page up and down keys are extremely small, I use them all the time.... Annoying.
2. Needs more USB ports, only 2 !!!!
In summing up good value notebook with more than enough power for normal office working, it's not a gaming notebook
Battery life is for me 4 hours..... Turn down the brightness 😎 to save power.

Breach of security with Co-Pilot and Edge Co-Mingling
I don't like the fact that when using Co-Pilot it can see and read what windowscand content I have open on Edge and it intermingles with that content and mixes up with what I'm trying to accomplish on Co-Pilot. Even though I have worked with tech support to try and disable the features it still auto populates and interferes on its own and there's NO WAY AROUND IT! I had to return this laptop and try something else with greater security like the business line of laptops. Be careful folks!

Terrible.
Terrible. Laptop shipped with a crack and then it got worse. And HP isnt owning up to the problem and wont replace it. It was barly 4 days old when the screen busted.

Can't review product - but HP support is terrible
I’m extremely unhappy with HP and its service. There is an open theft claim with HP support as the product was never delivered, and they’ve been terrible. They’re taking days to respond, and I haven’t been able to either a) get an answer or b) get a laptop in my hands.
I was seriously considering moving away from Lenovo as a partner/reseller and using HP. Now… not anymore.

Need additional USB C port
Everything is as expected with this computer. Fast performance, plenty of RAM memory. My only complaint is that Power cord occupies 1 of the 2 USB C ports. I use a docking station that connects with the only available USB C port. There are 2 USB 2.0 Ports, but all new devices are USB C. 1 USB 2.0 port would be sufficient to accommodate a dongle for an external keyboard and mouse.

Battery fail in 30 days and support worthless
Battery expanded and opened laptop case in about 30 days. Tried calling but no answer from support on hold over an hour. Tried online chat but could not get response there either. Definitely will never buy HP products again because both the product and product support are worthless.
