Given that this is a compact PC, it would nevertheless be a lot easier to work with it if the spacing of the USB drive openings were a little further apart and especially if the labels or wording on the PC were larger and more easily readable.

Their customer service stinks. You have to wait for hours, then you get bounced around from one person to the next, and none of them are able to resolve your issue. Then you try to return the equipment that did not work for you, and they decide to keep 15% restocking fee, for deficient equipment that you never could use.

However, it features an M.2 (2230) slot for WLAN, allowing you to install a compatible Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card if needed. Alternatively, you can use a USB Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth adapter for wireless connectivity.
