Why so jumpy?
My new HP is functional, but occasionally the screen images begin to rapidly move about. The only way I can stop this is to restart the HP.

I should have bought an ASUS
For the inflated cost of this laptop, I'm disappointed that it doesn't have a touchscreen. The set-up and data transfer was a nightmare. I tried to use my SmartFriend account and was disappointed again that your call center tech "Freddy" abandoned me in the middle. He promised a call-back and we made an appointment for 8 a.m. the next morning, but he did not keep that appointment. When I said I wanted to apply my SmartFriend account to my new laptop, he was eager to upsell me to a "family" account. I am one old woman with a new laptop and nine-year-old Pavilion desktop that will soon be obsolete. My SmartFriend account should cover both units. SmartFriend techs are not especially talented at their work.

the battery life to be impressive.
The cooling fan can be noisy.
Suitable for general computing, browsing, streaming, office work, and light creative tasks.
