Good bad great & ugly
I want to start off by saying I have been a HP customer for my family and I since late 1990s. We currently own about four laptops and many in the past. The reason why I prefer HP because the build quality the specs for the money and the sound quality is better than any other laptop by far.
That being said this experience was my worst. When I first set up the laptop I was getting screen shuttering not responding error codes and the screen colors were just off big time. Also I noticed a pop plastic on the bottom right like it wasn't fully attached correctly. I called customer service I was transferred to many different people I had to explain my story many times. Originally tech support said that my Hardware is good and they cannot help me unless I pay for software support. When I said I want to return the laptop with no restocking fee the guy went inside my computer and agreed that there are issues. I ran factory reset and it fixed not responding error codes my screen quality got better even though it's still looks bad for its specification. I had cheaper laptops with worse screens that look better I don't know. I also tighten up the screws in the back that made the plastic pop sound much much better. I do not understand how the laptop was not assembled tight?
I decided to keep the laptop because I got a very good deal. The performance is smooth how it should be the sound is great how expected. I do like the build quality of The Pavilions even though they are little heavy they are still sturdy solid compare to the skinny flimsy laptops these days most manufacturers make. I hope I made the right decision.

HP Pavilion 15t Laptop PC
The size of the 15t laptop is somewhat smaller than a standard laptop. The keyboard is adequate. The buttons work adequately when typing. The energy efficiency is good because you can dim the screen brightness. The intel core processor works fast. The B&O speaker adds a nice feature to the sound. Overall, it's a small laptop with very good functionality. Windows 11 is better than Windows 10.

Satisfied Customer
Laptop works as expected. One complaint. Num Lock key doesn't have a light or other indication. Have been having an issue with the wifi losing connection to the network more often than it should. Having to restart the computer to get it to reconnect. Haven't explored all the possible issues yet.

Non-expert opinion
It's fast. It does get a little warm on the bottom, but I guess all laptops do. The back-lit keyboard is a nice surprise. 16 GB RAM is a great improvement over the 8 I had on my old laptop.

Epson Printer WF 3820
Easy to install. Scans, prints, faxes (who does that anymore?), and copies - all in color. Double sided copies are a boon. Reliable and quick. Screen easy to read and navigate. Ink cartridges install easily.

Very bad graphics.
The graphics on this laptop were sub par at best. Screen looked blue n cloudy. It looked like it was 30yrs old. I had to pay the restocking fee just send it back.

Near Perfect
This is the fifth HP laptop I've owned and I like it the best. The last one lasted 5 years which is a long time considering the harsh conditions it lived thru. This one is faster with more storage and memory and if my memory serves me, was less expensive. It has finger print detection which I really like. It doesn't have microSD slot which disappoints me otherwise I'd give it 5 stars.

power button terrible.
after setting up the computer for less than 2 hours, I shut the computer down and did not open it for 2 days. Imagine my surprise this morning while trying to turn on my computer, the power button is completely depressed and I cannot turn on a brand new laptop.

Good computer
Good computer at a fair price. Great options for the price as well. Durability is too soon to tell but overall a good computer. The battery last a little less than advertised.

Fast, light, and quiet. Very pleased.
This computer is very fast, very light and very, very quiet. Having converted from an 8-year-old laptop, the differences are amazing. The SSD makes startups almost instantaneous and without the constant "whirring" from a cooling fan. Runs all my desktop apps without issue.
The display is crisp and vivid. At 15.7" it's big enough to work multiple screens, yet not so large as to become strenuous. HP provides "enhanced" lighting which makes transitions from full-dark screens to full-light screens less jarring.
Keyboard is comfortable and backlit when needed. The numeric keypad was a must for me. I'm not a fan of touch screen or touch pads, but adding a bluetooth mouse solves that issue.
Windows 11 is easy to use. At startup, it will automatically transfer most of your old computer's settings and documents to the new computer. (Be sure your old computer is signed into your Microsoft account and your data has been backed up to OneDrive.) Not bad.
I've been a Google Chrome user for many years, but I must admit, the Microsoft Edge browser is very good. Many improvements over the past few years.
This is now my fourth HP computer and by far my favorite. Excellent machine.

Quality HP Laptop
Initial feedback: The set up for a new device is extremely difficult. As an advanced user, it was a pretty rough learning curve that required two other PCs and a cellphone. The laptop appears to be a solid device.

Easy transition from windows 10 to 11.
So far so good. It’s fast and simple to learn after 6 years of windows 10. I added a blu-tooth mouse as the perfect companion. The screen is bright without any upgrade, and I am very pleased at this time.

Great Laptop at the Right Price
I have been very pleased so far with the laptop. It is a significant upgrade from my current computer and does what I need it to do. It is fast and the price was outstanding. Windows 11 is taking a little adjusting and the touchpad is different with a slight learning curve, but Google helped me figure that out. Overall, very pleased.

I will never purchase another HP product
If I could give zero starts I would. I waited close to a month for delivery then after repeated shipping date failures I attempted to cancel because they said the parts were on back order, they told me I couldn’t cancel because it was too late in the process and that once delivered I could call to request sending it back for a refund.
