Rated 4 out of 5 by BrentinCA from Great value The laptop I configured came exactly as I ordered. I chose a lighted keyboard, a 17 inch touch screen and extra memory. It took awhile to set up as expected and runs well for my needs. It's much faster than my old laptop. My only concerns are that the keyboard seems to be a little extra sensitive and when I put the computer to sleep, sometimes it takes longer than I expect or my other computer takes. Overall, I am happy with the laptop and I think I made a great choice The base price was good, and even with the extras I added the price was reasonable. I recommend this laptop.

The materials I bought with my package was not sufficient to transfer data as I was told so I had to order more materials to transfer data . I did calm and ask why it wasn’t included in my package and they would be glad to stand it to me more costs. I order same materials on Amazon much cheaper than was quoted on the phone . Novice at ordering computer online and was told that was all I needed. Just disappointed! I do have a weird cliche on my screen . I’m attaching a video!
