Frustrating at first!Be aware of limitations. I had an old HP Envy that had an integrated control panel, this does not. Even though I bought on-line with help from HP they did not point that out. You need to download HP Smart on phone or laptop to use scanner. Also, the app is sporadic with telling you how much ink is left. Printer itself works fine but not fan of HP Smart! Then about 10 days after I bought, they lowered price by $30 and wouldn’t honor that even though I was within the 30 day return window. HP you can do better.
