I could not find a customer service number to contact HP. I found the online help poor and circular. I have since discarded the printer and cartridges and have switched to a different mfg. I am extremely disappointed with HP since I purposefully purchased "Genuine" HP cartridges with the intent of them being fully compatible. I was not able to find a portal for return and reimbursement have no intent of using HP products in the future

I would not have tried the free trial if I knew you would brink $125 worth of ink. The print ink model was already a scam, now itis criminal. I will tell everyone that I can tell.

If you have the OfficeJet 8015e, OfficeJet Pro 8025e, OfficeJet Pro 8034e, or OfficeJet Pro 8035e, this is the only 910XL Black. If you are having trouble with it fitting in one of those models, you will want to contact HP Support about the cartridge.
