Great Ink - Easy to Install - HP Gouges
Overpriced, and 5 days to get to me. When HP stopped supporting retail stores and you had to order from their hub, the prices were lower, and it was 2 day shipping.
I am starting to re-think my relationship with HP. I really do not think they care about me.

Delivery was prompt and the empty cartridge return bag was was a nice try, but I will continue to return my empties to my local office supply store for the $2.00 each credit future purchases. The tri colors do not last very long in my HP7855 when copying photos on best quality. JCS

Great Product
I use HP ink for all my printed matter. However it takes such a long time to receive it I'm going to have to order way in advance. Where I live in a small town in interior of Alaska, there is no home delivery of mail and only ups or fedex delivery. Very slow. I wish companies that won't ship to PO Boxes could understand our situation.

Ink fine, Printer Sucks!
I am fine with the ink cartridges, however, the printer has been nothing but trouble since the day I bought it.
I have always purchased HP products and I think this is my very last HP printer.
Without Costco and its service coverage, I would have tossed it a year ago.

Good ink, but should have more of it. It doesn't last long enough.
Your printers are fair priced, but to replace the cartridges is quite
expensive. Don't know anyone who doesn't think so. It's always been
this way. Otherwise, I would have rated it with 5 stars.
